Referrals

Up to Fifty Thousand, Every Time You Refer a Friend

APK & play

A quotation, not a paraphrase, and the qualifiers in it are doing most of the work.

Updated 15 September 2026 Quoted from the operator's page, 15 September 2026

A ceiling with no rate

“Earn upto ₹50,000 everytime you refer friend” states a maximum. No rate, qualifying condition or worked example appears beside it.

The wording, exactly

The operator’s page carries a block headed “Refer and Earn” reading: “Earn upto ₹50,000 everytime you refer friend”. Elsewhere on the same page the figure appears as “Earn up to Rs 50,000 per friend via Referrals every day”.

Three qualifiers carry it. Up to makes it a ceiling rather than an amount. Per friend makes it conditional on somebody else’s activity rather than yours. Every day attaches it to a period without stating what resets or what is measured.

Absent: the percentage, the qualifying action, whether the friend must deposit, whether the friend must lose, and any example of what a real referral paid.

What the mechanic actually is

Paid acquisition, routed through people rather than advertising. It works because the message arrives from somebody the recipient already trusts, which is precisely what makes the terms worth reading: the person recommending the product is being compensated, typically on the recipient’s subsequent losses rather than on the introduction.

The operator runs a larger version of the same thing for people with audiences — an invitation to earn lakhs when followers play — and a tier programme sits above both, though nothing about it is published.

The part that is not a marketing question

Under the rules in force since 1 May 2026, advertising or promoting an online money game is a prohibited activity in its own right, carrying up to two years and a fine reaching fifty lakh rupees. It does not require that the promoter profited, and it does not exempt individuals acting privately.

A referral programme invites ordinary users to do exactly that, which is why the legal position matters here rather than only to the operator. There is no terms document setting out what a participant agrees to, so the arrangement is undefined on both sides.

What is and is not established

Established: the wording, the ceiling, the date it was read. Not established: whether anybody has received it, on what basis it is calculated, or whether it is paid in withdrawable funds or in credit that must be wagered.

That last distinction matters more than the headline figure, and it connects to the controls worth setting regardless. The overview explains how each claim here was sourced.

Is referring people a legal risk in India?

Advertising or promoting an online money game is a prohibited activity in its own right under rules in force since 1 May 2026, carrying up to two years and fifty lakh rupees.
