When it breaks

Four Steps, and the Fourth Has Nowhere to Go

APK & play

Worth reading before it happens, because two of the four are time-limited.

Updated 15 September 2026 General practice; no procedure published by the operator

The chain ends at step four

The bank confirms the transfer, the app shows the balance, and the operator is the only party who can reconcile them. No contact for it is published.

The sequence

  • 1

Establish whether the payment completedFrom your bank or payment app, not from the game. This is a fact either party can see and it settles what actually happened.

  • 2

Capture the referenceThe transaction identifier, the timestamp, the amount and a screenshot of the account balance. Do it immediately, because app histories are trimmed and screenshots cannot be taken retrospectively.

  • 3

Raise it with the railThe bank or payment provider can confirm settlement and occasionally stop a transfer that has not settled — but neither channel reverses a completed payment on request.

  • 4

Raise it with the operatorWhich requires a contact. None is published: no number, no address, no hours — what does exist is thin.

The two steps with a clock on them

Step two and step three. Evidence degrades fast: in-app transaction lists are commonly short, and a screenshot not taken on the day often cannot be taken at all. Payment providers also apply their own windows, and a query raised after a settlement window has closed is a different conversation from one raised inside it.

So the useful work happens in the first hours, before anybody has agreed that there is a problem. That is unintuitive and it is the single most practical thing on this page.

What usually turns out to have happened

Most commonly the payment settled and the credit did not appear, which is a reconciliation problem on the operator’s side and resolvable only by them. Occasionally the payment did not settle at all, in which case nothing is owed and the rail will say so. Rarely, the credit appeared and was later removed, which is a terms question — and there is no terms document published to consult.

Distinguishing the three takes ten minutes with a bank statement, and it determines which of the four steps is even relevant.

Where recourse would normally live

With a regulator. A licensed operator sits under an authority that accepts complaints, and that is the mechanism the whole arrangement rests on. No regulator, licensing authority or licence number appears anywhere on these pages, so that step does not exist here — what remains of a complaints route is set out separately.

Which is the argument for deciding the size of any deposit in advance rather than relying on a remedy afterwards — the published terms for money going out describe payments, not disputes. The overview explains the sourcing rule.

Frequently asked

My deposit did not appear. What now?

Confirm with your bank whether the payment settled, capture the reference and a screenshot immediately, then raise it with the rail and with the operator. The last step has no published contact.

Can my bank get the money back?

It can confirm whether a transfer completed and occasionally stop one that has not settled. Neither UPI nor bank transfer reverses a completed payment on request.

Why does speed matter so much?

In-app transaction lists are short and a screenshot cannot be taken retrospectively. Payment providers also apply their own query windows.
