An Open Invitation to Promote a Money Game
Not an inference from a referral link. A block on the operator's own page, headed and worded exactly as quoted.
Advertising or promoting an online money game carries up to two years and fifty lakh rupees under rules in force since 1 May 2026. This offer is a payment to do exactly that.
The block, as published
“Are you an Influencer? Earn Lakhs of rupees everytime your followers play a game.”
It sits under a heading reading “Earn more with Bingo101”, beside a second block offering up to ₹50,000 for referring a friend — the ordinary referral programme. Both carry a button inviting the reader to find out more.
The wording is worth reading slowly. The reward is tied to followers playing rather than to followers signing up, which means it is calculated on their activity after arrival. No rate, threshold or worked example is given.
What the law calls this
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits three activities separately: offering an online money game, advertising or promoting one, and facilitating payment for one. Its rules were notified on 22 April 2026 and came into force on 1 May 2026.
Advertising or promoting carries up to two years’ imprisonment and a fine reaching fifty lakh rupees. The provision does not require that the person promoting profited, does not require that anybody staked, and contains no exemption for individuals acting in a personal capacity.
An offer paying someone to promote such a game is therefore an offer to pay for a prohibited act, made to people whose audiences are the point.
Who carries the exposure
Not evenly. The operator is already within the first prohibited activity by offering the game at all; adding a recruitment block changes its position marginally. A person accepting the offer moves from not being involved to being involved, which is a much larger change in their own position.
The offer also arrives framed as income rather than as advertising, and it is aimed at people who may not think of a post as a promotion. That framing does not alter what the activity is.
Why this page exists
To record the offer accurately, with its date, because it is the clearest single fact about how this product grows. It is quoted rather than described, and this site takes no part in it: there is no download link, no referral code and no operator recommended anywhere here — the sourcing rule behind that is written down.
What the surrounding account looks like is on the terms page — which is to say, undocumented — and what routes exist if something goes wrong is shorter still. The overview explains the sourcing rule.
